Drive cig.chat from Zapier.
The official cig.chat app for Zapier wraps the REST API in 240 operations - subscribers, flows, broadcasts, WhatsApp and Facebook templates, AI agents, conversations, the full shop, and 5 triggers. Full parity with the cig.chat Make.com app, in your Zaps.
Setup in four steps
The app is in early access: it is installed through an invite link, and every account that accepts it can use it right away.
Accept the invite
Open the invite link while signed in to your Zapier account and click Accept Invite. The שׂיג ושׂיח · Cig.Chat app is now available in your Zap editor.
Get a cig.chat token
In your bot at app.cig.chat → Settings → API, copy the bot-scoped Bearer token. One token per bot.
Connect the account
In a new Zap, pick שׂיג ושׂיח · Cig.Chat as the app → Sign in → paste the token. Zapier validates it against the live API before saving.
Pick a trigger or action
Choose a trigger (New Subscriber, New Order, New Custom Event, Conversation Closed, or the instant flow webhook) or one of the 235 actions and searches. Dropdowns for tags, templates and events load live from your bot.
